My UX writing, technical writing, and content design work is human-centered and driven by respect for customers and organizations' goals.
Goals that my clients typically have:
* Moving to a renewable-energy or more ethically-driven website host.
* Showcasing a new offering, product, or service.
* Helping customers more efficiently navigate the site to get their needs met.
* Updating to a more cohesive, modern, or professional design.
Education-wise, I have a MFA in creative writing, BA in English, and several publications. (Certificate in UX Writing in progress.) I bring the same joy and scrutiny of creative writing to my career in UX and content design.
Geography-wise, it's Minnesota > California > NYC > Boston > back to Cali.
Hobbies-wise, if I'm not writing you'll find me leading introspection workshops, making art, or goofing around with my teen.
